His main fields of research include contemporary American literature, twentieth-century Jewish literature and Holocaust fiction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brauner is the executive co-editor of the semi-annual journal <em>Philip Roth Studies<\/em> and has published widely on Jewish literature. He is the author of <em>Contemporary American Fiction<\/em> (Edinburgh University Press, 2010),\u00a0<em>Philip Roth<\/em> (Manchester University Press, 2007), and\u00a0<em>Post-War Jewish Fiction: Ambivalence, Self-Explanation and Transatlantic Connections <\/em>(Palgrave Macmillan, 2001).
