He is director of Drama at an international school and has expertise in teaching and directing drama both curricular and non-curricular. His first publicly performed play in 1999 was an adaptation of <a href=\"https:\/\/britishjewishtheatre.org\/?page_id=1762\">Israel Zangwill<\/a>&#8216;s novel <em>The King of Schnorrers <\/em>for Labyrinth Theatre Company. Other plays include <em>Pineapple<\/em> (2006), an original stage published by Samuel French, as well as an adaptation of <em>Tartuffe <\/em>(2009). He wrote and directed the<em> <\/em>educational documentary <em>Reintroducing Israel Zangwill<\/em>. Robert Messik also adapted <a href=\"https:\/\/britishjewishtheatre.org\/?page_id=1762\">Israel Zangwill<\/a>\u2019s locked door mystery, <em>The Big Bow Mystery<\/em>, which was broadcast by BBC Radio 4 in 2006.
